Tailor-made seminars and receptions

The Manoir de la Boulaie organises full-day and half-day seminars for individuals and businesses.
The seminar room is in our outbuildings, facing the restaurant.

Room capacity varies according to layout.
• 10 to 25 people for a U-shaped layout
• 10 to 40 people for a theatre-style layout

Screen and flip chart provided.

Several breaks over the course of the day:

• Welcome coffee (coffee, tea, fruit juice and pastries)
• Morning wine break (Muscadet, cured meats and coffee)
• Lunch (choice of 3 set menus)
• Afternoon break (coffee, tea, fruit juice and cake)
 
New: upstairs lounge!

Our lounge can be turned into a meeting room for a day or just a few hours for groups of 10 or fewer.

Examples of seminar packages:

- ½ day with welcome coffee and lunch: from €75 incl. tax/person

- Full day with welcome coffee, lunch and one break: from €82 incl. tax/person
Lunch including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, wines, mineral water and coffee (based on “Fresh from the market” menu)

CELLAR EVENING  “Business Special”
“LES AVENTURIERS DU GOUT” open up their wine cellar for tasting evenings with a wine-grower.

Price: €50 / person
(minimum 20 people)

LAURENT SAUDEAU OFFERS some special “takeaway” options throughout the year:
- Dishes to serve at home (please contact us).
- High-quality home-made products:
