Do you appreciate cuisine by Laurent Saudeau? Then come and discover his tricks and tips as well as his advice in a convivial atmosphere to surprise your guests.

Saturday morning from 9 am to 12 noon(every session is organised for a minimum of 6 persons and a maximum of 15 persons).

  • Saturday 17 September: Japanese cuisine
  • Saturday, 24 September: Wok cuisine

  • Saturday 19 November: Dishes of yesteryear
  • Saturday 10 December: Foie gras

 Price: € 90 per class (payment upon reservation)

Welcome gift for your first participation. The last 30 minutes are devoted to the tasting of the dishes prepared by the chef, paired with three wines.
